About Sundance Homes, Inc.
Sundance Homes, Inc. was formed in 1994 by my father, Hans Egenes
Sr. and myself to build high quality new homes in the Albuquerque
area. Prior to the formation of Sundance Homes, my father had built
over 100 homes in the Albuquerque area, and he has over 40 years
of experience within the construction industry. Together we have
built homes throughout the Albuquerque area including High Desert,
Tanoan, Placitas, Vineyard Estates, the North Valley and Rio Rancho. The
Quintessence, Desert Ridge Place, Agave, and Ocotillo subdivisions
were some of our more recent projects.
We are currently building energy efficient, contemporary Southwestern-style
homes under the “Energy Star” program of the US Department of Energy. Typical
elements that we incorporate into Energy Star qualified homes include:
- Effective Insulation
- High Performance Windows
- Tight Construction
- Tight Ducts
- Energy-Efficient Heating and Cooling Equipment
